Captain (retired) Colpoys Cleland Walcott, C.B.E., R.N. (31 July, 1878 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Maidenhead.
Walcott was specially promoted to the rank of Lieutenant for his services in China, with seniority of 9 November, 1900.
Walcott was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1912.
Walcott was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 21 February, 1914
Walcott was promoted to the rank of Captain (retired) in recognition of wartime service, dated 11 November, 1918.
