Charles Sinclair Elliot

Captain Charles Sinclair Elliot, R.N., Retired (26 September, 1853 – 30 March, 1915) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Moore, Bengal.[1]

Elliot was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 April, 1878.[2]

Elliot was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1892.[3]

Elliot was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1903.[4]
