Charles Livingston Robertson

Captain Charles Livingston Robertson, (2 September, 1900 – ) served in the Royal Navy. One of his Service Records has his middle name as "Livingstone".

Life & Career

Robertson listed a G. H. Bankes, Esq., a landed proprietor as his guardian upon joining the Navy in May, 1913.[1]

Robertson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1920.[2]

Robertson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1928.[3]

Robertson was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1933.[4]

World War II

Robertson was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 June, 1940.[5]

He was placed on the Retired List on 8 July, 1949.[6]
