Charles John Balfour

Rear-Admiral Charles John Balfour (3 October, 1841 – 19 January, 1902) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on the Retired List on 16 September, 1897.[1]
