Rear-Admiral Charles John Balfour (3 October, 1841 – 19 January, 1902) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Balfour was promoted to the rank of Captain on 26 June, 1866.[1]
In accordance with the provisions of the Order in Council of 22 February, 1870, he was placed on the Retired List dated 3 October, 1896.[2] He was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on the Retired List on 16 September, 1897.[3]
