Charles Herbert Neill James

Charles Herbert Neill James ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
James was appointed in command of the minelaying submarine Seal on 3 March, 1914.[1]
He was in command of the destroyer Attack at the Battle of Jutland, operating with the First Destroyer Flotilla.[2]
