Cecil Ponsonby Talbot ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Talbot was appointed in command of the submarine E 6 on 19 March, 1913.[1]
On 17 October, 1913, his appointment to E 6 was renewed and he was also appointed in command of her sister submarine, E 16.[2]
He was in command of E 16 on 15 September, 1915 when she torpedoed U 45 at 59deg 10' N, 5deg 9' E..[3]
