Cecil Horace Pilcher ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Pilcher was appointed in command of the light cruiser Orion on 20 December, 1918.[1]
Pilcher was appointed in command of the light cruiser Dauntless on 28 May, 1919.[2]
In 1927, Pilcher was appointed in command of the battleship Emperor of India.[3]
