Lieutenant-Commander Cecil Edward Wilkins, R.N. (3 October, 1886 – 1 November, 1918) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Wilkins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1908.

Appointed to the sloop H.M.S. Falmouth on 11 May, 1916, he survived her loss on 19 August, 1916. He was appointed next to Weymouth upon her commissioning.

Wilkins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1916.

In early March 1918, he was appointed to the light cruiser Lowestoft as Acting Commander. His death to illness was presumably due to influenza.
