Vice-Admiral Cecil Dacre Staveley Raikes, C.B.E., Royal Navy, Retired (29 May, 1874 – 15 February, 1947) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.
Life & Career
Raikes was appointed a Commander of the Military Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) on 1 January, 1923.[1]
Raikes was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 30 June, 1924, vice Richard Webb. He was placed on the Retired List the following day.[2]
