I was unable to find an article in The Times detailing the intake examinations for this term.

TODO: Keep looking for article detailing this intake term in The Times or elsewhere

The cadets for the September 1913 intake term were to join the Royal Naval College, Osborne on 18 September, embarking at Portsmouth at 3pm.[1]

A search at The National Archives shows the following men have Dates of Appointment of "September 1913" or "15 September 1913", and thus the list is likely a super-set of the entrants.[2]

I have omitted Charles Henry Allen from the list, as his date was surely read wrongly by TNA: he was in the September 1903 term at Osborne.
