Caspar Frederick Goodrich

Caspar Frederick Goodrich ( – ) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Goodrich was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 12 March, 1868.[1] Goodrich graduated at the head of his class at the U.S. Naval Academy.[2]
