The British Adriatic Force

The Force became convolved with the Eighth Light Cruiser Squadron when Captain William A. H. Kelly was in appointed in command of both on 25 September, 1917. On 24 March, 1919, the duties of Senior Naval Officer of the British Adriatic Force were taken over by the Rear-Admiral Commanding, Third Light Cruiser Squadron and Kelly struck his broad pendant on 14 April, 1919.[1]
