Aubrey Richard Courteney Douton

Commander R.N.R. (retired) Aubrey Richard Courteney Douton (4 August, 1890 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve. He is at The National Archives as "Courtenay".
Life & Career
Douton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 5 July, 1916.
Douton was appointed in command of the patrol boat PC 61 on 16 September, 1918.[1]
Douton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 5 July, 1924.
Retired on 30 May 1925, Douton was promoted to the rank of Commander R.N.R. on the Retired List on 4 August, 1930.
