Acting Captain Arthur Reid Pedder, (6 July, 1904 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was awarded the Robert Roxburgh Memorial Prize for being the Naval Cadet who obtained the highest place in the grand aggregate of marks in the Passing Out Examination at the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth.
Pedder qualified as an Interpreter in French in June, 1925 with an A.I rating.[1]
Pedder was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1937.[2] In 1944, he was working with the Plans Division.
