Captain (retired) Arthur Herbert Charles Chesney Home, R.N. (25 August, 1872 – 8 May, 1950) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Blackheath.
Home was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 14 July, 1894.
Home was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1904.
Home was appointed to Queenstown Coast Guard on 15 October, 1912 and was lent to the Naval Centre there in August, 1914. He remained there throughout the war.
Home was placed on the Retired List on account of age with the rank of Captain on 28 August, 1922.
