Arthur Elliot Bartlett (18 July, 1890 – 11 March, 1963) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

Arthur Elliot Bartlett was born in Harwichport, Massachusetts on 18 July, 1890. Bartlett attended Brown University and graduated in the Class of 1914, having been a standout member of their Track and Field team as well as a football tackle.[1][2]

Bartlett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 January, 1922.[3]

Bartlett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander on 1 June, 1932.[4]

Bartlett was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 August, 1938.[5]
