Sub-Lieutenant Arthur Edward Phillips, R.N. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy. I can find no service record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Phillips was promoted to the rank of Midshipman with seniority of 15 November, 1887.[1]

Phillips was appointed Sub-Lieutenant in Command of T.B. 73 for the Annual Manoeuvres of 1893.

The lack of information we have on him is likely attributable to an early death of end of naval career during the 1890s.
