Captain Algernon Bevil Granville Grenfell, Royal Navy (3 May, 1854 – 6 January, 1932) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Grenfell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 14 August, 1878.

Grenfell was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1893.

Grenfell was placed on the Retired List with the rank of Captain on 23 July, 1902. He died thirty years later, at the age of 77 at 11 Louisa Terrace, Littleham, Exmouth from cerebral thrombosis.
