Frederick Anstruther Herbert

Admiral Frederick Anstruther Herbert (6 April, 1827 – 24 December, 1911) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Promoted Captain on 1 January, 1877, Rear-Admiral on 14 February, 1880.
