Arthur Horace Walker

Arthur H. Walker ( – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
In August 1922, Walker was appointed Captain of H.M.S. Cairo between August 1922.[1] He was appointed Director of Torpedoes and Mining between October 1926 and December 1928.[2]
