Spencer Allen Hickley ( – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Life & Career

Hickley was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1907.

In November 1908, he relievedStuart St. John Farquhar in command of the second class protected cruiser Doris.[1]
