James Graham

Commander (retired) James Graham, (18 December, 1898 – ) served in the Royal Navy. He was a special entry to the service.

Life & Career

Served in Barham as a Midshipman from September 1917 through the end of the war.[1]

Graham was granted the acting rank of Lieutenant on 15 January, 1921.[2]

Graham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 February, 1921.[3]

Graham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 February, 1928. After serving from August 1929 to April, 1931 as gunnery officer in Calcutta, he was placed on the Retired List at his own request. He was subsequently promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 18 December, 1938.[4]
