James Brown Marshall, Esq. ( – ) served in the Admiralty.
Life & Career
Marshall was serving as Assistant to Director of Dockyards in early 1891.[1]
Sometime prior to March, 1913, he was appointed as Director of Dockyards and Repair. He would hold this post until being superseded by Sir Laurence E. Power on 1 June, 1917.[2][3][Inference]
