Lieutenant-Commander Rupert Richard Devlin, (30 October, 1889 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Devlin was promoted to the rank of Mate on 16 October, 1914.

He was awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal for a feat of lifesaving at sea on 20 May 1916.

Devlin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1917, adjusted to 15 February, 1917.

Devlin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 February, 1925.
