Felton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1920.[1]
Felton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1928.[2]
World War II
Felton was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 28 July, 1944.[3]
