Commander William David Gordon Weir, O.B.E. (23 May, 1897 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Weir was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 August, 1919.

Weir was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 August, 1927.

Weir was placed on the Retired List on account of age with the rank of Commander on 23 May, 1942.

Reverted to the Retired List on 25 July 1947.
