H.M.S. Weston was one of eight Shoreham Class sloops completed for the Royal Navy.
Service
Commissioned at Devonport on 21 February, 1933 for service on the Africa Station.[4]
Re-commissioned at Gibraltar on 31 August, 1935 for service in the the Mediterranean,[5] and then to the East Indies before mid-1937.[6]
