Captain (retired) Edmund Howard Neville Harvey, O.B.E. (2 March, 1895 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of a collier agent.

Harvey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant with adjusted seniority of 15 June, 1916.

Harvey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1924.

Harvey was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1929.

Harvey was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Captain on 2 March, 1945. He reverted to the Retired List on 10 April, 1948.
