Service

Adelaide commissioned at Sydney on 5 August, 1922 under the command of Captain John Bryan Stevenson.[7]

Paid off into Reserve at Sydney on 28 June, 1928.[8]

Alterations

Completing so long after the war, it is likely that Adelaide was equipped with a director system upon completion.[Inference]
