Charles Hope Robertson

Admiral Charles Hope Robertson, C.M.G., M.V.O., Royal Navy, Retired (19 May, 1856 – 16 January, 1942) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career

Robertson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 December, 1879.[1]

Robertson was appointed to the Trafalgar on 14 April, 1896.[2]

Captain

Robertson was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1899.[3]

Robertson was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 2 July, 1909,[4] and was advanced to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 10 February, 1914,[5] and to Admiral on the Retired List on 2 July, 1917.[6]
