Jump to navigationJump to searchCommander William Cadman, (1 April, 1879 – 9 July, 1917) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Yorkshire.
Cadman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1901.
Cadman was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1910.
Cadman was appointed to Vanguard as her executive officer on 1 January, 1914. He fought in her at the Battle of Jutland and died when she blew up in harbour on 9 July, 1917.
