Francis Walter Despard Twigg ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Twigg was appointed in command of the destroyer Dee on 5 November, 1913.[1]
Twigg was appointed in command of the destroyer Lysander on 15 March, 1917.[2]
On 18 December, 1919, Twigg was appointed in command of the destroyer Stormcloud.[3]
