Philip Watts

Colonel SIR Philip Watts, K.C.B., L.L.D., D.Sc., F.R.S. (30 May, 1846 – 15 March, 1926) was a naval architect, Royal Garrison Artillery officer and Director of Naval Construction in the Royal Navy.
