U.S.S. Noa was one of one hundred and fifty-six Clemson Class destroyers completed for the U.S. Navy.
Service
Noa was built by the Norfolk Navy Yard in Portsmouth, Virginia. Authorized 6 October 1917, she was laid down 18 November 1918. She was launched on 28 June, 1919 and commissioned 15 February 1921.
