The Pacific Torpedo Flotilla was a formation in the United States Navy created in the year 1908.
History
The Fleet was formed some time during 1908, as it is first mentioned in the 1908 Officer Register. It was under the command of a Commander, initially comprised of three flotillas commanded by Lieutenants.
