H.M.S. Patuca was a commercial liner converted for use as an Armed Merchant Cruiser in the Royal Navy.
Service
Patuca became a kite balloon ship in 1917 and remained in this role until 13 December, 1918.[1]

She was armed with:[2]
- six 6-in guns
- two 3-pdrs on H.A. mountings
