H.M.S. Eskimo was a commercial liner converted for use as an Armed Merchant Cruiser in the Royal Navy.

Service

Eskimo was captured by the Germans on 26 July, 1916 while performing mercantile transport.[1]

Armament

Eskimo was armed with:[2]

  • four 6-in guns
  • two 6-pdrs
