Philip Howard Colomb

Admiral Philip Howard Colomb, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (13 December, 1867 – 18 April, 1958) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Colomb was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral, vice Benson, on 27 April, 1918.[1]
