Hopkins Class Destroyer (1902)

Two Hopkins class destroyers were completed for the U.S. Navy in 1903. They were turtleback destroyers with oil-fired boilers and are sometimes considered two of thirteen vessels of a composite class, the Bainbridge class of early American destroyers.
