Admiral Henry Forster Cleveland, Royal Navy, Retired (28 April, 1834 – 26 January, 1924) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Cleveland was promoted to the rank of Commander on 3 April, 1868.[1]
Cleveland was promoted to the rank of Captain on 26 November, 1875.[2]
Flag Rank
Cleveland was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 30 August, 1890, vice Fremantle.[3] In accordance with the provisions of the Order in Council of 22 February, 1870, he was placed on the Retired List on 24 December, 1894.[4]
He was advanced to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 23 February, 1897.[5] He was advanced to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 25 January, 1902.[6]
