Vice-Admiral Lancelot Ernest Holland, C.B., Royal Navy (13 September, 1887 – 24 May, 1941) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Gunnery Officer of H.M.S. Hindustan until April, 1916 then served in the Experimental Department at H.M.S. Excellent. Gunnery Officer H.M.S. Royal Oak until promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1919.

Lost with H.M.S. Hood on 24 May, 1941.
