Ernest Saumarez Carey ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Carey was appointed in command of the second-class torpedo boat T.B. 8 in at some pointMay, 1894.[1]

On 27 December, 1900, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Cynthia.[2]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Boadicea in at some pointJuly, 1912.[3]

On 17 March, 1914, Carey was appointed in command of the armoured cruiser Cressy.[4]
