Richard Wells

Admiral SIR Richard Wells, K.C.B., Royal Navy (3 February, 1833 – 9 October, 1896) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Wells was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 30 October, 1884, vice Brandreth.
