William Osbert Boothby

Captain William Osbert Boothby, C.B., C.V.O. (7 January, 1866 – 20 May, 1913) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Boothby was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 January, 1899.[1]

On 1 January, 1903 he was promoted to the rank of Captain.[2]

He was appointed Naval Assistant to the Second Sea Lord on 8 December, 1909.[3]
