Life & Career
Cotter was the only son of Major-General F. G. Cotter, R.M.L.I. and Mrs. Cotter.[1]
He was made a Midshipman on 15 September, 1911.[2]
He died at the Battle of Coronel when the Good Hope was lost with all hands.[3]
