Inspecting Captain of Submarines

Captain Edgar Lees was appointed to the Thames as Inspecting Captain on 21 October, 1904.[1]
On 31 August, 1912, Captain Keyes was appointed to Dolphin as Commodore, Second Class in charge of the Submarine Service.[2]
