Commander (retired) John Frederick Dehn Bowen, (7 June, 1897 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bowen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 7 March, 1920.[1]

Bowen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 7 March, 1928.[2]

He was appointed in command of the river gunboat Tern vice Ford on 6 October, 1930.[3]

Bowen was promoted to the rank of Commander on 7 June, 1942.[4]
