Life & Career
Farquhar was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1898.[1]
Captain
Farquhar was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1905.[2]
Great War
Farquhar was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 26 April, 1917.[3] He was placed on the Retired List on 27 April.[4]
Retirement
Farquhar was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 6 April, 1922,[5] and advanced to the Admiral on the Retired List on 25 October, 1926.[6]
