Moore was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in August, 1912.
Moore was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in August, 1920.
Moore was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1926.
Moore was promoted to the rank of Captain on 11 January, 1936.
